Customized condo

The owners of this 2008 condominium were sold on the unit’s location, amenities, and spacious layout, but over time, they wanted it to reflect their personal style better. They wanted to incorporate select upgrades, add storage and functionality, and bring more character to the space. The Interior designer, Mary Fobes, set the tone and style, and our team went to work creating custom updates throughout. A large stone facade was designed to surround the fireplace, creating a striking statement in the heart of the home. Adjacent built-in cabinets provided additional storage. The kitchen countertops were upgraded with granite. The kitchen also benefitted from additional built-in storage—all designed to match existing cabinetry. The en suite bathroom was transformed into a luxurious spa retreat, including a soaking tub, a large walk-in shower, and an elevated double vanity. The second bathroom received a makeover with elegant, oversized slate tile on the floors and walls. The guest powder room was updated to include a custom vanity and specialty wallpaper. The homeowners now enjoy a home that is distinctly theirs and works beautifully to serve their daily needs.
