A suite retreat

A second-floor bedroom/bathroom suite was high on the “wish list” for the homeowners as we planned a 750-square foot addition to their South Minneapolis Tudor. The owners longed for a spacious, bright bedroom and adjacent bathroom that would offer a retreat from a busy day. We were able to grant their wish by creating an expanded bedroom featuring custom French windows placed to let in ample sunlight while providing privacy. We also created a dressing room and expanded closets, and a new workspace. The bathroom adjacent included a stylish custom vanity that matched the home’s Mission-style décor, specialty tile in the walk-in shower, and all new fixtures.
